2. Ordering & Payments

2.1 Placing an Order

• Orders can be placed through our website, www.nairobisafetyshop.org.

• Once an order is placed, it will be processed, and a Proforma Invoice will be sent to your email and will be available in your Account Dashboard.

• An Official Invoice/Receipt will be attached to your order at the time of dispatch.

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed for shipping.

2.2 Payment Policy

• No orders will be dispatched without full payment.

• Payments must be made in full before processing and dispatching your order.

• We accept the following payment methods:

  • M-Pesa

  • Bank Transfer

  • Current Cheque

• Prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT. If a product is VAT applicable, a 16% VAT charge will be included in the final invoice.

3. Delivery & Shipping Policy

3.1 Delivery Timelines

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM EAT will be processed for same-day delivery (subject to product availability).

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM EAT will be delivered the following business day.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and logistics.

3.2 Delivery Charges

• Within Nairobi CBD – Free delivery

• Within Nairobi (outside CBD) – Ksh 400

• Outside Nairobi – Customers should contact us for agreeable delivery charges based on location.

3.3 Delivery Terms

• We only deliver to valid physical addresses provided by the customer.

• Customers must be available to receive their orders at the provided address. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or natural disasters.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

4.1 Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final. Goods once sold are not returnable.

• We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (such as images or videos).

4.2 Refund Processing

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

• Refunds will only cover the product cost and not the delivery charges.

• All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

• Prices on our website may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
