Practical first aid fundamentals including CPR, bleeding control, burns, fractures, shock management, and emergency stabilisation.

2. Basic Fire Safety Training – 1 Day
Covers fire prevention, fire chemistry, evacuation procedures, fire-extinguisher operation, and emergency response techniques.
